Thomas Waffenschmidt - Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, 1990; earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990, graduating with honors. He completed his undergraduate studies summa cum laude at Slippery Rock University in 1987. Thomas is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Former president of the Lycoming Law Association and Lycoming Law Foundation. Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors (1999-2014). Former member of the Lycoming Law Association Executive Board (2007-2019).
